QUALITY POLICY OF THE CERTIFICATION CENTRE
OF WOOD INDUSTRY PRODUCTS

The aim of the CCWPD Quality Policy is effective fulfilment of requirements and expectations of the customers as regards conducted product certification processes covered by the scope of PCA accreditation No AC 098, when simultaneously planned goals of the organisation are pursued.

The implemented and constantly improved Quality Management System (meeting requirements of PN-EN 45011:2000 standard "General requirements for organisations maintaining product certification system") supports effective conduct of certification processes and confirms that our organisation is reliable and able to fulfil requirements contained in the aforementioned standard.

Constant improvement of rendered services is our basis on which we strive after increase in the confidence of users of certified products.

The aforementioned goals entail the following commitments:

• Constant improvement of implemented Quality Management System compliant with requirements of PN-EN 45011:2000 standard,
• Conduct of certification process at the level required by customer,
• Effective internal communication,
• Impartiality, independence and right competence of the personnel,
• Access of all interested clients to services of the certifying organisation,
• Protection of information obtained during certification process,
• Assurance of an appropriate makeup of the Technical Committee which guarantees balance of interests without domination of any of the parties,
• Assurance of resources necessary for maintenance and improvement of the existing system.
