Tests & certification

Within the organizational structure of the Institute functions the accredited Testing Laboratory of Wood, Wood-Based Materials, Packaging, Furniture, Constructions and Woodworking Machines carrying out tests according to substantiated test methods on the basis of requirements of national, international and European standards. There is also the ITD Certification Centre of Wood Industry Products which is authorized to issue product certificates. The maintenance of the quality system in these unit is, according to the quality policy of the Testing Laboratory and to the quality policy of the Cerification Centre declaration, the responsibility of the Quality Policy Department.
