Scientist of the Future from the Wood Technology Institute
Dominika Janiszewska, PhD (Eng) was the Laureate of the fourth edition of the Polish Intelligent Development Award 2019 under the patronage of the President of the Patent Office of the Republic of Poland Dr. Alicja Adamczak in the category "Scientist of the Future" for the project "New biopolymer adhesives modified with silanes and ionic liquids for application in wood-based materials technology (BioAdSIL)".
The award is given by the Intelligent Development Centre to organizations and individuals whose research is oriented towards the future. All projects, investments, and undertakings implemented by the winners are pro-innovative and may serve as the best examples of sustainable and intelligent development.
The ceremonial Gala entitled "Polish Scientists of the Future" was held on June 10 this year at the Copernicus Science Centre in Warsaw. A discussion panel on innovations that either already influence or will influence the intelligent development in various areas of life took place during the award ceremony.
