Working meeting of a group conducting the InnovaWood SSA project: „An innovation strategy to integrate industry needs and research capability in the European Forestry-Wood Chain” in Dublin
From 13th to 14th October 2005 a starting meeting of the international project InnovaWood SSA no. 515044 „An innovation strategy to integrate industry needs and research capability in the European Forestry-Wood Chain” within the Sixth Framework Programme took place in Dublin (Ireland).
Asst. Prof. Ewa Ratajczak, DSc is in charge of the part of the project which is being executed in the Wood Technology Institute.
During the 2-day meeting the legal status of the project and its structure and elements were presented. The scope and distribution of tasks of particular Consortium partners in designed work kits were discussed. The idea of the envisaged information base concerning the crux of the project and its promotion was presented. Also the obligations of the parties concerning the content and financial reporting were clarified and specified.
In addition to that, the document of February 2005 „Making technological knowledge work” and document of the EC concerning proposed mechanisms for supporting the innovation by the state were discussed.
